Pixelate – AI Art

Pixelate is the first of its kind, a design based on a portrait generated by Artificial Intelligence, and in particular a GAN (generative adversarial network).
How a GAN works: Given a training set, it learns to generate new data with the same statistics as the training set.
For example, a GAN trained on photographs can generate new photographs that look at least superficially authentic to human observers, having many realistic characteristics.
